Spyine uses an iCloud backup that’s linked to the iPhone or iPad instead of directly hacking the device. When new information is uploaded to iCloud, Spyine can copy and share it with you. The iCloud backups are essential and need to be turned on.

Note: You receive new updates every 24 hours.

Note: If the device can’t connect to the internet and doesn’t upload a backup, you won’t get any data.

You need to turn on this option only once during the initial setup. You don’t have to mess with the setting again. You will then receive data in your account every 24 hours.

You get monitoring data once every 24 hours from Spyine by default. The update interval depends on how often iCloud is backed up. You can choose to get new data manually. If you can access the target device, choose the Settings> iCloud> Backup> Back Up Now option to fetch new data (minimum 1 hour after previous updates).

• Check if iCloud Backups are enabled on the target device.

• Find out if the target device is connected to Wi-Fi.

• Try to ensure the target device is turned on and plugged in.

• Unlock the target device if it's been locked.

• Make all the iCloud backup options green

All these conditions need to be met. Otherwise, Spyine will not be able to bring you any new updates.

When you install Spyine for the first time, you need to switch on iCloud backup manually to avoid auto backup issues.

It's your choice. You can purchase a single-device monitoring or multi-device monitoring subscription. The Premium version allows you to monitor one device, which you choose during the installation.

For monitoring several devices, you will need to choose either the Family or Business plan.

First, please recheck the iCloud credentials you entered. Make sure there are no spelling errors. Check caps lock too.

Note: It takes Spyine 15 minutes to sync with the device sometimes. Server problems can cause further delay.

Spyine will stop providing spy data. The old data you got will still be accessible to you though.

Perhaps Apple's two-factor authentication is enabled on the iPhone or iPad. Spyine can't work with that setting for now. It's possible to disable this option on jailbroken devices and some non-jailbroken devices. Check the internet for a solution.
